What to Expect on the Call
Whoever answers does this work every day. Tell us a little about the house, like roughly how long the roofline runs and which sides have outdoor outlets. Then we pick a day to come out, measure along the eaves and decide where the power supply belongs. We're licensed and insured, and as an authorized Gemstone Lights installer, Gemstone is the system we'll show you at the visit.
We cover code early. The lights run on low voltage, yet the power supply still plugs into a circuit that must be safe and meet code. If your job calls for an electrical permit or inspection, you'll hear it at the visit and we'll take care of the paperwork. The free quote is itemized, showing the track, the lights and the labor before you make any decision.
Handy to Know Before You Call
- Your address, plus a few times when we could come out and measure.
- A general sense of what you'd like lit, only the front or the whole roofline.
- Which walls have outdoor outlets and whether any are controlled by an indoor switch.
- Your HOA's rules on outdoor lighting, if you live in a neighborhood that has them.
